THRIFTING

Thrift Shopping Haul #3 – 56 items/$30 (Part 1)

By  |

56 items for $30….I’ve set a new record for myself….and they are all GREAT brands!!!  That’s a grand total of almost .55 cents an item.  A lot of fun prints and patterns — Chevron, leopard print, stripes, and polka dots. There’s a little Theory, J. Crew, and Philosophy di Alberta Ferreti.  Stay tuned….because the 2nd half is on it’s way!

    Hi,

I live in Jamaica but am coming to New York next month. I’ll be in Queens and going to Manhattan as well. I see you had a post about places to check out. Where are these places?

Hi there! I recently found your blog and have recently become a fan of thrifting! I’m going to check out my first Housing Works Buy the Bag next Saturday and am so pumped! What specific Salvation Army and Goodwill’s are your favorites in the city. I want to check them out!

You will have so much fun at Buy the Bag Adrienne….and will get AMAZING STUFF…it’s worth the dig!!! If you ever happen to see me, please come say hello. There are a few Salvation Army’s I love….the big one over in Hell’s Kitchen on 46th, one in Brooklyn on Atlantic Ave, and one on 23rd St. As for Goodwill’s there’s one on Livingston in Brooklyn that I pass through every now and again.
